You may be asked to submit a recent recording for placement purposes, or to play for a faculty member via zoom or in person if possible.

If applying for scholarship and reduced tuition, you must apply by February 1, 2026. All others must apply by the final deadline of April 1, 2025. See below for the full timeline of important dates. Late applications will be considered at the discretion of the faculty.

TUITION

Tuition for the 10-day program is $1500.00 ($1400.00 if applying by February 1st)

Students in a college program may attend for $1400.00 ($1300.00 if applying by February 1st)

We never want anyone to feel that cost is prohibitive. We encourage all applicants to apply for scholarships which will be given on a basis of need and merit. You must apply by the February 1st deadline to be considered for scholarship. Any additional reduced tuition after this date is at the discretion of the faculty.

Tuition rates include full days of classes, workshops, and special programs.

Tuition does not include room & board, airfare, or any other travel expenses.

A small number of spots will be available as “retreat only” for $1000.00 and will not include lessons or chamber music coachings. Participants selecting this option will still have access to all yoga, Feldenkrais, and group workshops.

ROOM & BOARD

Rooms are available as single, double, and triple occupancy as requested and include 3 delicious daily meals as well as the use of the pool, the game room, and all practice rooms. Please indicate your preferences when applying. The costs for 11 nights (August  12th, 2026 check in after 3 PM and August 23rd, 2026 departure before 10 AM) are:

$1,475.00 for a SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM (VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)

$1,300.00 for a DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM

$1,200.00 for a TRIPLE OCCUPANCY ROOM

IMPORTANT DATES:

FEBRUARY 1: Deadline to apply for scholarship and receive $100 tuition discount.

FEBRUARY 15: Early applicant acceptance notification with scholarship.

MARCH 15: Deadline to submit deposit (50% of total cost) to hold your place (early applicants).

APRIL 1: Final deadline to apply for the program.

APRIL10: Applicant acceptance notification (all remaining applicants).

APRIL 15: Deadline to submit deposit to hold your place (all remaining applicants). Your place will not be held without a deposit!

APRIL 15: Deadline to submit final payment (all).
